4. Extended warranty service: Customers can purchase extended warranty service to extend the warranty period of major components.
5. Parts not covered by PARDUS warranty:
  • Consumable parts: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake lines, chains, flywheels, pedals, grips, cushions, etc.
  • Consumables: lubricants, detergents, tire sealants, etc.
  • Appearance parts: body stickers, decorative parts, paint, etc.
  • Human damage: damage caused by accidents, collisions, falls, water ingress, modifications, etc.
  • Normal wear: wear caused by normal use, such as tire wear, brake pad wear, etc.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification: Damage caused by repair or modification not authorized by PARDUS.

①. PARDUS Authorized Repair Points
  • PARDUS has established a network of authorized repair points worldwide, and customers can choose the nearest repair point for repair.
  • Authorized repair points provide original parts and professional repair services to ensure the quality of repair.
  • During the warranty period, PARDUS will bear the repair costs for repairs that meet the warranty conditions.
  • Freight Costs:
-PARDUS bears the freight for sending repair parts to the repair point.
-The customer bears the freight for sending the product to the repair point and retrieving it after repair.

②. Third-party repairs
  • Important Tips: After third-party repairs, the warranty time range, freight subsidy, return and exchange policy, and refund policy previously promised by PARDUS will become invalid.
  • If there is no PARDUS authorized repair point in the customer's area, after communicating and negotiating with the PARDUS after-sales team, you can choose the nearest third-party repair organization for repair.
  • The customer needs to provide the repair invoice and relevant certificates. After review by PARDUS, part of the repair cost can be reimbursed.
  • The reimbursement amount is determined by PARDUS based on the repair items and the price of the accessories, and shall not exceed the repair cost of the PARDUS authorized repair point.
  • Freight cost:
- PARDUS shall bear the freight for sending the repair parts to the customer's designated address.
- The customer shall bear the freight for sending the product to the repair point and retrieving it after repair.

③ Changes in warranty coverage
  • The warranty coverage remains the same for repairs at PARDUS authorized repair points.
  • For third-party repairs, the warranty coverage may be adjusted, which shall be subject to the PARDUS evaluation results.
  • Some special parts or consumables may not be covered by the warranty, which shall be subject to the PARDUS warranty terms.
